Hi, someone posted a workaround to get texts on my iphone IOS when an email is sent to my Gmail account using the Gmail Calendar alert feature. Could someone please detail how to set this up please?

Hello @SunsetRunner, I hope you're having a great day, it's nice to see you around.

 

At this moment is not possible to receive email notifications on the Charge 2, did you find a workaround on the Fitbit Community or any other site? This seems more like a workaround involving Google accounts and not on Fitbit side.

Don't know about the Google calendar trick but you can set your gmail to auto forward to your iphone via SMS. If your Fitbit is like mine it WILL deliver SMS notifications. I followed this page and it works perfectly on my iphone 8+
