Every time I charge the battery my flex 2 won't sync. I have tried resetting and re-adding the tracker to the app. And as of today, the iPhone Bluetooth can't even find it.
I'm becoming very disappointed with Fitbit
Note: I have iOS 10.2

Thanks for stepping into the Community @aroselle.
Having your new Fitbit not pair at all must be concerning, let me help you. It is possible that your iPhone is trying to sync with your previous Flex. I'd say that we try to delete that connection in order for the new one to go through. Please follow these steps:
Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions.

Welcome to the Community @momofthree1! Hey @LindaUhrich.
@momofthree1 Glad to know that everything is in order and that the restart did the trick! Now you can work towards reaching all of your goals with your Flex 2.
Feel free to let me know if you have any further questions.
I am having the same problem. I have had my flex 2 for over a year, and it has always worked untill now. Yesterday, it just stopped syncing. I have tried using my ipad instead of my iphone, restarting my iphone, deleting the app and re-setting the whole thing up, updating my iphone, turning everything off and on again; all to no avail. This is really frustrating... Is there anything else to try?

Hello @momofthree1 and @LindaUhrich. Welcome to the Forums @marieriddle.
@LindaUhrich and @momofthree1. Glad to know that it is now working for both of you.
@marieriddle Please try these steps. It will help you restart the connection on your phone and iPad. Be sure to remove your Flex 2 from both the iPad and the iPhone's Bluetooth.
If there are any further questions, please let me know.
Best AnswerI bought my second Flex 2 recently and have reached this advice after searching the community.
Second Flex 2 does sync with my iPhone (SE) only when my iPad is turned off as suggested below.
I was able to sync with both iPhone and iPad turned on with my first Flex 2 and would like to be able to do this.
Is this possible?
