Flex won't sync with iphone

I've tried everything:
Removing device from app and reconnecting
Deleting app and reinstalling app
Restarted flex by inserting paper clip to pinhole

No luck. I just get "looking, looking, looking" or "connecting, connectin,connecting". So frustrating... I am going to bed now and if it hasn't connected by the morning, I am going to be "going, going, going" to the Apple Store to buy an Apple Watch.

@bcristea - Good job troubleshooting. But please try this last thing -- power your iPhone down completely. Give it a few minutes then turn it back on. Make sure Bluetooth is on and try to sync one more time. Let me know if that helps.

A warm welcome to the Community @bcristea. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. If your tracker stills without syncing, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work without an inconvenience.

Thanks so much for the advice.  I did what you said - turned off my iphone - and amazingly it worked!
