Is anyone having trouble syncing I have sent a tweet over a day ago and no reply. My flex only syncs when in charger and for a small amount of time afterwards and than problem starts again. Tried all the problem solvers sent to me last time but not working. Can anyone point me in the right direction

If having done all the steps mentioned in the fitbit article and unable to sync, then it's out the hands of the most awesome community, hope getting a answer soon from the support team. Cat Embarassed
