Food Logger is not calculating Cals in correctly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I ate 1517 calories to day.  But the fitbit app say the cals in are 967.

I went for a walk earlier.  My fitbit surge/Fitbit app calculated that I burned 687 calories.   1517 minus 687 does calculate to 967.

Any idead what is going on.

Thank you for reporting this situation, is this the first time that has happened? If so, it's possible the information is not refreshing correctly. Please forceclose the app by double-tapping the home button and swiping up the app.

If this doesn't seem to do the work, please reply with a screenshot of your mobile Dashboard so I can check this further. I'll be waiting for your reply! Smiley Wink

yesterday was the first time that it happened and it happened to today.

I logged out of the application then logged backed in. Some of the food entries I added disappeared. I had to add them back in. After they were added back in the app started to calculate the correct cal in numbers.
