Since your logged food is displaying on the Fitbit.com Dashboard but not on your phone app, I'd suggest logging out of the app, restarting your phone, then logging back in to see if the food shows up after logging back in.
I'm also going to move this thread to the iOS section of the help forums, since you're more likely to get the best help for a problem with the iOS application in that section.

Did you also log out of the app? I would expect that part to be more important than restarting the phone, since the app may retain its status even through a reboot.
