Hi there,
I haven’t had a any issues with until today but when logging food items using my iPhone they keep disappearing from the list. I made sure I have the most recent update of the app and my iOS should be up to date as well. Also, i can’t seem to look up item even though I have internet connection.
I haven’t checked if the same happens when logging food with the online dashboard.

It has to do with the problems Fitbit is currently having with people accessing the site and services. I'm logged in here on Chrome but can't get to my dashboard. If I try logging in on another browser, it tells me my username or password do not exist. And like you when I enter food on the iOS app some of them are disappearing. I'm sure it will be fixed soon.

@riddernina first of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in the response. I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note we experienced an outage on April 4th that might have been the cause of the issue you were experiencing.
With that said, I wanted to reach out and ask you if you were still having trouble with Food logs not getting recorded or disappearing. If you are, please let us know so we can check this further.

I’m currently having issues with this. Food log is disappearing which is very frustrating.
