Food still not logging properly

Food is often still being deleted after it has been logged. I have updated to the latest version 3.15.1 and forced logged out reset the phone and re logged in and the issue is still occurring. Is there any fixes for this ?

Hi @abro123, welcome on board!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and taking the time to troubleshoot the Fitbit app on your own. It sounds odd that your food isn't staying logged. Do you recall when this started to happen? Also, may I know your phone's model and OS version?

That said, just to see how it goes please go to your fitbit.com dashboard and try logging your food one more time. Then check if those details are displayed in the Fitbit app.

This has been a consistent issue since I have started logging food 5-6 months however I noticed on some of the other forums that it had been fixed so I also tried the fix. 

 

Yes when I log the food via the online dashboard, those details are shown in the app.
