Foods won't log and restoration graph not showing

after latest update when I search a food it won’t log it. Also restoration chart doesn’t show graph anymore.  Frustrating

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I am sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

You can confirm the steps to log food in

I’ve tried all that. It’s a bug. It seems every time you release a new update it messes up something else. I know how to log food. Been doing it for years. With the last update, when you type in a food to look it up, it doesn’t log it when you tap the one that matches. Gray screen. That’s it. Try it. You’ll see it doesn’t work.
