Was out on a run today, tracking with my Blaze, and was a bit annoyed to see my route was incomplete when I got back home, as the point of the run was to track a route and segments for Strava. I know that sometimes you will miss gps connection and the rest of the route will be missing and that's fine, but this time the START of my route was gone, and I know for a fact that I had a gps connection all the way. At the exact point of where my route started tracking again I know i had a 2 min pause on the Blaze, so that seems connected somehow. Also, the distance that is missing is correct down to the meter, so there is no way that it's been tracked without the gps. So, anyone know what has happened here, and how I can avoid it happening again?

Hello @NilsStenmyren, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Please keep in mind that all GPS devices, whether your phone or your tracker connected to your phone, require a direct path to these satellites in order to receive their radio transmissions. If the signal is being blocked—either because you're underground, near many tall buildings, or as a result of atmospheric effects—GPS will not work. In this case I would like to suggest you to check the following:
After checking these requirements, please try to perform a GPS exercise once again. If you're still having difficulties, please let me know if you're seeing the alert in the app or in your tracker and reply to me with either a picture of your tracker displaying the message or a screenshot of the app displaying the message.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply as well.
