I currently wanted to restart my Fitbit and start all over again, as if it was new. I deleted my other account and deleted it from the email I was sent. I then set up a new account involving a new email but when I go to add a my Fitbit, I can put the code in and then it comes up with... the operation can’t be completed. Error. Fitbit. HTTP. 500. I’ve tried plugging in my Fitbit and pressing down the button to reset it but the step counter stays on the same amount of steps. I’ve tried turning off Bluetooth, disconnecting the device, I have taken off WiFi and nothing seems to work. Can anyone help? Did I delete my account too early?

Hello @ClaireEmma, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Thanks for bringing this issue related to an HTTP error to my attention. At this moment I would like to ask you to go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then, restart your phone and try to set up your Charge 2 as a new device in your account.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome!
