When challenged to daily step challenge my completed percentage shows completed with a +, and the infinity symbol (sideways 8). My competitors percentage is correct. ?

I have the Chrage 2 and my wife the Alta. On our goal day today, she is showing as +infinity
what’s going on here?

Hello @FittyBits, I hope you're doing well, thanks for joining the conversation.
At this moment, this issue has already been reported and our team is still working towards a prompt and proper resolution. In the meantime, I would like to suggest you to ask your wife to "Quit" the challenge, then invite her again. Once she re-enters the challenge the infinity symbol will disappear.
