Hi @SE8, thank you for your reply.

I appreciate your efforts and the additional details, thank you for your feedback and a screenshot. In order for the Gmail app to appear on the list of apps for notifications, you need to allow Gmail to send notifications to your phone: Phone's settings > Gmail > Notifications. Once you receive a notification from Gmail app on your phone, the Gmail app will appear on the list.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi, thank you so much for responding. I tried that, there is no option to turn on for gmail. These are the only apps that show up when I followed your instructions. Do you know if there is a way I can add gmail to the list?

Hi, thank you for the instruction. I was able to get it to come onto the app and turn it on. However, there’s no app on the versa 2 device itself. I have icons like agenda, strava, clocks, Alexa. My next question is how to get the mail app to show up on the device?
thank you for your help, I appreciate it

Hi @SE8, thank you for the update.

I am glad to hear you're able to see mail through your device. Thank you for your time and efforts! Regarding the text messages, if you've already checked the settings and troubleshooting instructions at  Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones, I recommend doing the following:

1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth and find your device on the list.
2. Tap Forget or Forget Device.
3. Restart your phone and re - bond your device.

If the issue persists, please let me know your OS. I will be glad to investigate further.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Can’t get Gmail notifications.

-Running iOS 14.6 and have a Versa 2 that is updated to the latest firmware (new device for me, 1st time Fitbit owner)

-on iphone Settings/Notifications/Gmail. Notifications allowed

-I received a Gmail email on my phone.

-My Versa 2/ Notifications/notifications/calls, text messages and calendar events all turned on

-App Notifications displays a number of apps that are turned on and I get notifications from them.

-Gmail is not one of them.

I’d love to send you a screenshot but I can’t figure out how to do that.
