Goal keeps changing

I have used this surge for over a year now. Randomly, my goal gets changed on my Fitbit. When I go to fix it then my accumulated weightloss disappears and it starts all over. This is frustrating as I have to go calculate it myself. What keeps happening to change the goal and why won't it recalculate correctly after this?

I'm glad to see you here in the Forums @Monkeysgam, your comments are very important for us! Cat Very Happy

Thanks for posting your question here. Are you talking about weight goals for the Food plan option or daily goals? If you're talking about the weight when using a Food plan, once you have got your goal it will show you this message and will ask you to set a new goal:

Now, if you're talking about the goals for the day or exercise goals, I'd like to know more details about it. For example when was the last time that this happen and if by any chance you have any picture that might be helpful to us.

This goal keeps changing. It's random, never know when it will happen. I've lost over 20 since May 1st. So when it changes and I go in to reset my goal again then log weight it's not an accurate total of course.

Thanks for getting back @Monkeysgam! The picture helps a lot. Good progress by the way! Smiley Wink

Lets do something, next time that you log a new weight entry send a screenshot of the Goal Progress so we can check it together! Don't edit your Goal since all the Log weight entries will be reset and we don't want to lose your data. If the Fitbit App is working fine you should see the progress details as how many pounds are missing and how many pounds you've lost. It never shows your actual goal unless you go to the "Nutrition and Body Goals" option. I'll be waiting for your next post.

Have a good one! Woman Very Happy
