Graphs show "no measurements" instead of data

My relatively new Versa 2 is not tracking anything beyond high level data. Every category just says “no measurements” once you click on the daily totals of each category. Where you should see peaks and valleys is just a statement called “no measurements.” Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

If you're using an iPhone, this is a known issue. The Fitbit devs are already working on a solution.

No response for me either.
Extremely frustrating and the complete lack of consultation is very concerning for the Fitbit brand. I am beginning to wonder if a ‘fix’ is ever going to arrive?

So I start seeing ads about the Google n Fitbit marriage and suddenly IPhone measurements stop working. Been 3 days for me so far. Any hopes of fixing this?

Hi

Thanks for this. Noticed there was an update on the app, update complete and no difference.

They really need to sort this asap.

I am still waiting on a fix for this issue.

When will you have a resolution ready for me?? Thins is taking far too long to be considered reasonable. Very disappointed in Fitbit.

Best Answer

I'm running IOS.  I'm not seeing anything in IOS settings for the Fitbit app to clear a cache.
