My relatively new Versa 2 is not tracking anything beyond high level data. Every category just says “no measurements” once you click on the daily totals of each category. Where you should see peaks and valleys is just a statement called “no measurements.” Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Any idea what firmware update that was? Also there are a lot of people who don’t use that feature and didn’t/don’t know it’s not working. Also last? year there were issues w 15 min detailed increment graphs and they never had any intentions of fixing it. After months of people complaining they Finally stated it won’t becoming back. This issue sounds like same process.

Hiya I have a Versa 3 and also have the No Measurements on my steps screen. Contacted Customer Support and they are working on this but it seems to be taking them a while to sort it out. Any updates from anyone else with the same problem ?

I’m experiencing the same thing! Also notice it in my hourly step count… shows ‘no measurements’. Happy to hear it’s a bug, and they are working on fixing it.

Is this because google now owns Fitbit and all our data?

The support of the iOS app has been going downhill ever since Google took it over. They’ve been devoting their time to adding to Premium ($$$). Just my opinion of course.

You were part of a large ever-growing group of frustrated Fitbit users. This appears to have happened with the application update 3.69 and was not a fixed and update 3.70 and 3.7 0.1. Fitbit is aware of the problem and states that software developers are working on fixing the issue. It affects distance, steps, floors and calories. Fitbit rolls out updates overtime and overtime the number of frustrated users has grown. We will have to wait for Fitbit to wish you an update with the correction or hope that it be can be corrected without a update. This is probably the best answer you will receive about this issue.

I have a Charge 5. Most of my data isstill available, but not step data. As for whether or not the engineers are trying to find a solution, of course they are. But all these app’s work in complex environnements, and what seems like a minor change in, for example your phone’s operating system can have a major impact on an application like Fitbit. I’m still running iOS 15.6.1 and I have most of the data except for steps - which is also tracked by the iphone.

For about the last three weeks my Versa 2 is no longer showing either steps or distance data in detail. The overall totals are recording and so is the 250 per hour. It’s the detail of when steps are accumulated which is now blank. I’ve tried logging out, switching phone off, etc but nothing works. Any help?

My luxe shows calories burned, steps taken and miles walked but when I click on the numbers for each, there is no measurements so it’s just a blank graph. I went back to October 27, and the measurements were there, they stopped Oct 28. I have the latest update.

My versa 3 has been saying “no measurements” for steps and calories burned since May. Is this ever going to be fixed?

It is well documented in the long thread of this forum: the issue was introduced at the level of FitBit app upgrade 3.69 and is unrelated to your device type or to your IOS version. The data is fortunately not lost (as it can be visualised in the full online website) however it is not possible to see it anymore at the level of the FitBit app despite the fact that it is the mainstream use.
FitBit has acknowledged the issue and engineers are working on it but it is apparently not considered as a "priority 1" issue as it is not yet resolved three weeks later. Normally, more "tickets" (contact fitbit helpdesk) or negative comments on the App Store allow ticket priority to be raised: don't hesitate to signal it on your side.
Helpdesk has imho done its job to report the issue, however the engineering department has not yet managed to prepare a fix or roll-back to former version. Puzzling.

What’s funny is how this isn’t a priority
