Graphs show "no measurements" instead of data

My relatively new Versa 2 is not tracking anything beyond high level data. Every category just says “no measurements” once you click on the daily totals of each category. Where you should see peaks and valleys is just a statement called “no measurements.” Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Fixed with 3.71 update indeed!

we don’t get back the possibility to slide finger in the graph and read detail time/count for the point (as it used to be in the past and proof very useful if you want to track back precisely timing of some moves) but at least we are back to what was before v3.69!

lesson learned:

- Fitbit is weak on devsecops methods for continuous testing / déployment

- Apple Store and IOS lacks the possibility to « roll back » an app but by restoring a full backup of the phone

I wouldn’t delete the app
this is what I did and I didn’t lose any data

How to Update your apps manually
  • Open the App Store.
  • Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
  • Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to only update that app, or tap Update All.

Measurements stopped displaying on my Fitbit home page.  Total steps per day displays, but not the hourly measurements which used to be displayed.  Anyone else having this happen?

Excellent! All data returned after updating via the App Store.

Hello @PeterM2 and welcome to the Community.  If you are an iPhone user, and I suspect that you are, then join all the fellow iPhone users that are experiencing this.  This is a known bug and Fitbit is aware.  There is a "blue banner" thread at the top of the iOS forum.  Please follow that thread for updates.

When I went to the App Store, the Fitbit app just said open. I assumed that a version update was not Available. However, if you tap on the title, it opens up a second screen, which shows an update.

The update fixed all my measurement graphs.

Go to the App Store and type in Fitbit. You will see the fit that app showing open as if you already have download it it which is true. However, if you tap on the app, instead of opening, the second page will pop up and you will see an update.

I just got it!  My updates appeared to be updated but then someone suggested to open the app and then tap to open and there was an additional update!
