Heart Rate Showing a Week in Advance

Hi everyone,

I’ve been having as issue with the ios Fitbit app for about a day or two now. Whenever I click on the “Heart Rate” tile, I’m taken to the graph of my resting heart rate. Usually, the heart rate tracking for the current day is shown directly beneath it, along with all the days previous below that. However, now when I click on the tile, I see the graph, but when I scroll down, it shows a week in advance worth of blank heart rate data.
It’s hard to explain so I’ve included a link to a screenshot.

If anyone else is experiencing this issue and has a solution, I’d love to hear from you.

Thanks so much

Hello,

Thanks for your reply. I was actually able to solve the issue by just deleting the app and then reinstalling it. Problem solved. Technology can be funny sometimes

Thanks again!

The IOS display looks a bit different from what I see on Android.  But it looks like it does show our heart rate graph for today normally, but what the pic is showing is blank data for the rest of the coming week.  If you scroll down, do you see the data for the days previous to today/last week?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi Johnny,

Correct. You can see at the bottom of the photo that my data is appearing for today, as well as yesterday, and if I scroll down, I can see all my data previous to yesterday. But for some reason, there’s a weeks worth of blank entries that I can’t click on or delete.

I’ve checked my date and time to make sure that it’s correct and it is. I can’t seem to figure out why it’s suddenly added in 7 days of blank entries that I have to scroll past just to get to today.

@Katiekat132   I am an iPhone user.  Yes, it is very weird that you have blank heart rate data for days in advance.  I also see that you are missing your 30 day resting heart rate graph and the other information you see in that space.

Did you try deleting the app and reinstalling it?  If that doesn't work, we will try to get a moderator to help you.  They always want to know:

  • What version of the Fitbit app do you have?  Tap on you profile picture, then scroll down to Help & Support.
  • What model iPhone do you have?
  • What version of iOS do you have?

@Katiekat132   Did you get your 30 RHR back, too?
