Heart Rate showing null

Hi in the last few days my versa keeps shutting off and rebooting and my heart rate on the screen intermittently keeps saying null. The battery is also draining so quickly. I charged it overnight and now I’m on 50% battery. It used to last 4 days. I’ve reset it a few times, turned it off and cleaned the back with alcohol swabs. If anyone knows a solution please let me know. It’s only 1 year old

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @Michmazz

First and Foremost I apologize for the late response. The troubleshooting steps you already preformed are great ideas.

Please make sure you performed the restarting procedure. You might need to do this several times. Here’s how:

  1. For Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition and Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

If your problem persist I would suggest contacting Fitbit Customer Service. Here’s are ways of contacting them:https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs&co=GB

😃 I hope a few restarting attempts resolve your issue and your back up and running soon. Keep me posted
