Heart rate charts stop showing in app

Hi Fitbit gurus,

From this morning I’m unable to see any heart rate charts in the app on iPhone for my versa 4. Yesterday’s chart is showing fine to midnight - today’s is just blank.

A fruitless morning spent restarting/re-installing/ reconnecting hasn’t fixed this.

Lots of comments around setting to 24hr clock settings  on the phone, but I’ve always had this set. Bearing in mind the clocks changed overnight however, it feels like a related issue - exact same symptoms, eg can see charts on iPad, charts showing fine on Versa etc. Never been an issue with previous clock changes, only difference perhaps is that I’ve moved my Fitbit account to Google. I’ve manually tried changing timezones in my Google account, ensuring that is also 24hr format etc, but it’s still an issue.

I’ve spent hours looking at this today, does anyone have any other suggestions please?

Hi @matt_finlay.  I moved your post to the iOS app forum, a better fit for your issue.  I have years of experience with Fitbit/Google time changes and there is always an issue.  It feels like a time change issue, but I won't know for sure until my clocks change next week.  You did all the troubleshooting I would do.  Maybe just wait a day.

You can also browse the forums to see if other users are reporting the same issue.

Thanks Laurie, appreciate the response. Interestingly I’ve just had a run and the heart rate is showing on the exercise screen:

i’ll see how things look tomorrow and maybe step through the reset process afresh.

Thanks again

Mine is exactly the same, think it’s a glitch with the changing the clocks. Also my active hours time is incorrect, active hours starting an hour earlier than I’ve set them to start

@trufflemuffin   Active hours is the most consistent issue with the time change.  I feel like it happened every time change since my first Fitbit.

I agree, I used to try to reset it but now just wait it to fix itself

My heart rate charts are visible for today. Still can’t see yesterday’s but I can live with a couple of days outage when the clocks change each year.

Our time changed last night and my heart rate chart is also blank today. I am hoping there is an answer further down the thread.
