With the latest iOS update 4.3, the heart rate number is not displaying in the heart tile. The darkened circle and the dot in the circle indicates that there is live data.
I removed and reinstalled the app but still not showing. However it does display in the Resting Heart Rate tile.

What version of Fitbit app? I’m on 4.02 and I’m seeing HR on the app.

Best AnswerOk. I assume it is syncing and showing metrics (steps, sleep etc.)? If so, and if restarting your iPhone doesn’t do anything, I would try deleting and reinstalling the app.

Best AnswerMe too. I’ve also restarted Fitbit. Annoying.
Also same for me Charge 5 Fitbit version 4.03 bpm not showing in app but shows on charge 5
Same issue as well
Hi, @whoami77 , in order for your live heartrate to display on the app your device needs to be actively connected to the app. I would recommend syncing your Charge 2 which should hopefully make sure it is connected, and be sure if if the Fitbit app prompts you to “pair” your Charge 2 you do so.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the forums!
Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
Exactly same problem. I have tried all the resetting/reloading app/Bluetooth etc and nothing works.
Best AnswerThe sensor is working (green and red lights), app and sense is syncing regularly, clock face shows heart rate. The only thing missing is the bpm on the app (first screen). This was working fine up to this morning.
Tried the following:
Reinstalled app
Pair/unpair Bluetooth
Shut down the phone / reboot the watch
Iphone (IOS 16.7.1)
Sense (2) version 128.6.17
Fitbit App version 4.03

HI @Criterion - thanks for reporting the missing bpm in the app - it appears from other reports this is a new bug in 4.03..
