How do you change the email address associated with your fitbit account?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @BJK1001. I'll be happy to assist with your email address query. 

How to update the email address associated with your Fitbit account on the Fitbit App?

1. From the Today tab, tap the settings icon in the top left.
2. Tap Account Settings > Change Email.
3. In the New Email and Confirm New Email boxes, enter your preferred email address.
4. In the Confirm Password box, type your Fitbit account password.
5. Tap Change and follow the on-screen instructions.
6. In the email you receive, click Verify your Email to complete the update.

Note: If you moved Fitbit to your Google Account, you must update your email address in your account profile. For more information, see the Google help article.

Thank you for responding. This is what my today tab looks like. I cannot find the settings icon you described- am i doing something wrong?

@BJK1001   Your screenshot is the layout for a Google account.  The moderator's outlined steps are for a Fitbit account.  If you want to change to a different Google account, please follow the Google Help link in her post.
