Hi, why is my app in chinese? 

Ive tried to change the language in my settings but its still chinese?

Hey @AngelicaMeyer, it's a pleasure to welcome you to the Fitbit forums. Cat Embarassed

 

Since this question is not related to an specific tracker, I've moved your post from the Charge HR to the right board to keep the forums organized. This sounds really odd, my recommendation is following these steps:

 

  • Remove the Fitbit app from your phone.
  • Change the language in your phone settings to a different one, restart your phone and once it's on again, change the language back to English.
  • Make sure the country is properly set in your settings and then download the Fitbit application.

 

If the Fitbit app is still in Chinese after the previous steps, please take a screenshot and share it here so I can check on this further.
