Does anyone know how I get the old dashboard back on my iOS app? I don’t have automatic updates turned on so I don’t know how this has happened? The new dashboard is not user friendly and set out very poorly

Let's see, fitbit use to be customer focus. Not really sure what will
happen but if they ignor this then we will know by their actions!

If you believe in miracles, go though the steps of set up again and cross your fingers.  Be sure to do the step of holding a paper clip 3-4 seconds in the small hole on the back while connected to a usb & charging.  My daughter said not to discard my Fitbit, but to wait a couple of days and try set up again.  I tried it and wonder of wonders, IT WORKED!! It returned my sleep and my steps, so the tech experts at Fitbit must have listened after all.  Now time will tell if it all continues to work, but I am once again a happy Fitbit user!!

Add my wife and I to the users that wish we could have the old dashboard back. Why couldn’t we see what the new one looked like before making our choice. New is supposed to be better. This update is not. When is an update that fixes this coming?

Somehow when I tried today to sync my Flex for multiple times with customer support two days ago, today it synced!! I have no idea what was different this time, but both my steps and my sleep returned. Time will tell if it all stays that way. Miracles do happen!

This is link on this topic where we are apparently supposed to "vote" so suggestions can be heard/considered.  Very confusing how to find it, but here it is.  Please vote, I really hate new vertical layout too.

New dashboard is so disappointing. I used to love fitbit but the new app makes the whole experience bad. Please change it back.

There are so many things bad about the new dashboard. One of them is the inability to see whether I will meet my daily calorie goals.

Hoping to see the old one back soon.

Is there a way to have my step count be the first option on the list? Since the app is very visual everyone has a different esthetic need. I prefer a grid view. Always loved this app because it was esthetically appeasing.  I rely on my app through the duration of my workout and having to look at this layout is unnerving.

I really dislike the new dashboard! Wish I had not updated it!!! It syncs slower, less colorful, harder to navigate!

Fitbit please give us the old interface back. The new design is so ugly,

i hate the new dashboard!  everything is so small that i can't read it anymore without my glasses!  also, hate having to scroll to see stats when before i could see almost everthing at a glance.  please allow us the option to go back to the old dashboard PLEASE!

Just got forced to the new Dashboard and like everyone else I totally hate it. If FitBit doesn’t act on this mountain of feedback I’m out. Going to Apple watch.

It seems that the dissatisfaction with the new app is making the press, for instance see this article: https://gadgetsandwearables.com/2019/06/26/fitbit-new-app/

I still find Fitbits reaction unbelievable, how can they not get that this is leading to damage for their brand?

The new dashboard sucks! I did not choose to opt in so why did mine change?

When I contacted Fitbit complaining about the new design , I was told that we couldn’t go back to old design and they would be rolling out the new design to everyone regardless of wether they wanted it or not !! Just unbelievable 🤬

What user feedback could possibly have led you to believe that people wanted to revert to a list of items we have to scroll down to see, rather than the clearly visible and readily accessible tiles on the old dashboard. This is on an iPhone! Hello - Tiles! iPad - Tiles! Windows 10 - Tiles! This is a major step backwards. Stockholders beware! This is a major flag of a failing business.

I read a moderator referring to “tiles” but my problem with the rubbish new interface is that the tiles have gone! Instead loads of white space where all the detail used to be at a glance.

I’m going to replace my cracked Charge 2 in the next couple of months and this serious downgrade to the app is a deal-breaker. I’ll go with another brand if I can’t have my normal dashboard back rather than this scrolling and tapping nightmare.

I sincerely hope Fitbit considers all of the negative reviews for this terrible new Dashboard.  My entire family has various types of Fitbit's and use the app many times a day.  All of us are disappointed with this update.  We need a way to revert back to the old version which was more appealing and user friendly.  Also, we would appreciate not having to wear glasses to see the numbers for miles, calories, etc.  It appears there is no way to increase the font.  I agree with other users who have suggested they would be willing to move to another brand, such as Garmin, if no changes are made.  Though, I sincerely hope I don’t have to.  Fitbit, please listen to your users!

As a follow up, I just completed my 9 out of 9 hours of 250 steps for the day, and I got a dull red circle and a tiny "You did it!" message. I want my flashing green stars back !!!
