How do I use Music Control with my watch in iOS?

I have the music option on my Fitbit. But every time I go to the screen on the watch it says no music available, button iPhone has a ton of music on it. How do I get my watch to recognize that so I can control it from the watch?

If you don't mind if I guess.

 

I would say it probably has to be in the Apple Music app.  Where is your music stored?

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Please note that when you see "No Music Available" when you go to Music Control on your watch is because there are no songs saved on your watch. Please tap the phone icon and start playing the music on your phone (through the app of your choice), you will be able to see Music Control once the music has started.
