@SRAEB  It should change when it syncs to your device.  If you have the wrong time showing still, try changing the timezone to another one, sync, then change back to your correct timezone.

That solved it for me~

time on my fitbit displays properly, but the time on my app is off by an hour -- and all my step and sleep data and alarms are off by an hour.

Hello @SRAEB and @atlblaze, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's always nice to see you too @Kmransom123Smiley Happy

@SRAEB, as @Kmransom123 mentioned, once you sync your device, the date and time will update automatically as the tracker will take and show the date and time of the device where you've installed the Fitbit app.  If it's still displaying the wrong timezone after trying @Kmransom123's steps, please let me know.

@atlblaze, has this issue happened before? Did the issue repeat itself the following day? If so, it's possible the information is not updating correctly in the app, which is why I would like to suggest force-closing it to refresh the data. To force-close it, double tap the home button on your phone and swipe up the Fitbit app. Additionally, you can also refresh the information by logging out from the app, restarting your phone and logging back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

Hello @SRAEB, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply! Smiley Happy

In this case I would recommend updating the Fitbit app (as we have just released a new update) and then go to your phone Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure "Set Automatically" is enabled and that your timezone is correct. After that, open the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Advance Settings and make sure in here "Set Automatically" is also enabled and that your Time Zone is correct. Then, sync your tracker once again.

Give this a try and let me know the outcome!
