IOS app not scrolling up

After a few months not using my Charge 2, I began again yesterday.  I am able to sync on my iPod but after editing the dashboard I’m unable to scroll up to read my steps.  I’m installing the latest IOS update now to see if that will help. Thanks for any advice you can offer.

The IOS update worked.  I can now scroll my dashboard...and its syncing too.
