My phone is not sending notifications to my Fitbit so i chatted with Fitbit customer service and they said it is an issue they are aware of and I was wondering when that will be Resolved and back to normal

Having the same issue...can't get me text on my fitbit - really bothered by this...as one of the reasons why I got my fitbit - was debating between and an apple watch or a fitbit but since I already had an older fitbit I would stick with it and the price was comparable...well now I am totally bummed!

Probably never. I’ve struggled with it for years. iPhone X, xs max, 11 pro, and all iOS versions that have gone along with them. I just turned off health analytics for iPhone and all apps That were linked to it, and my ionic finally stayed connected and synced - for now...
