Hi @Lfairview,
I'd recommend making sure that you are using the most current version of the Fitbit iOS App, version 2.21. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store. Next, I would recommend:
1. Restart your tracker.
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.
This should help, but keep me posted if you need any additional assistance!
I'm having the same problem. My app is also up to date. In my case, it shows 0 steps every day from March 30th-April 4th (todays steps showed up after I just did a sync). I am positive I synced successfully several times since then. I specifically remember reviewing the data from several workouts on the app.

@Lfairview @isabellawhateva Hmmm. I'd also recommend the troubleshoots listed here as well.
There's been instances on the Community where syncing to a different mobile device or a computer has resolved the problem, as well as setting your tracker up as a replacement.
Keep me posted if this helps!
