IPhone Not Working Properly with Alta

Ever since I received my Alta and programmed it to notify me with both calls and text messages my iphone does not light up when there is a text message and my calls are going straight to voicemail. I still receive the notifications pop up on my Alta. I am not sure how to fix the problem. I would like to keep the notifications of calls/texts on my Alta along with my phone working properly. Please help!

@tuckersmommy112 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is a strange issue. Have you reboot your phone already? and restart the tracker? That can actually help fixing this issue. However, I will recommend to take a look at the troubleshooting for call notifications on an iOS device. Doing all of those tips and troubleshooting should certainly help with this matter!
