Hello @peggyb123, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's always great to see you around @SunsetRunner, thanks for all your help.
@peggyb123, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Thanks for having tried the troubleshooting steps provided by @SunsetRunner. Tell me, is your Alta HR not able to sync? Is it not showing the information synced? When you check information from previous days, does it show up? At this moment, I would like to suggest you to go the online Dashboard and check if your data is showing up here.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

Hi @peggyb123 and welcome to the forums. When you say your Fitbit will not post, do you mean you cannot sync it to your phone? I’m happy help troubleshoot but first, can you please tell me:
- Which Fitbit device do you have?
- Which iPhone do you have?
- Is your iPhone upgraded to at least Apple iOS 10 or higher?
Thanks!

Thank you for the information, @peggyb123 . The first thing to try is to reset your Alta HR. Instructions can be found here. Please try doing this three times in a row. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.
Let us know if that helps.
