Hi,
I’m using iPhone 7 to install my Inspire device. All things updated (saw your topics millions times!).
My device doesn’t appear on my Bluetooth devices.
How to solve this?
it appears on other phones (Samsung J6 for example), I presume it’s iPhone problem? Help!!

Thanks for letting me know about your Inspire and the time taken to review our forums. That's a good start. I've confirmed that your iPhone 7 is a supported device and your Inspire should appear in the Bluetooth settings. Since that's not happening, I got in touch with our Support team and I was told that you already have a case created with them. They'll review your Inspire details and further assist you with this matter via email. Just note that due to recent events affecting our operations there might be a delay in their reply, but they'll get in touch with you soon.
