I just spent an hour with Fitbit customer service. I've deleted the app from my phone (iPhone 6s plus) & reinstalled it, I've rebooted my phone, turned off bluetooth for 30 sec & turned back on. I've also restared the fitbit charger 2.
I get the four digit code and can enter that back into my phone and then after taht is when I get that error message.
Anyone else have this problem and kow how to fix it?
