Iphone not getting app or sound Notifications.

I receive text and call notifications on my alta. However, the app on my actual phone only give me banner notifications. everything is enabled. is there a way to get badge app or sound notifications?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that the Fitbit app does not affect the way you receive Notifications from this or other apps. If you'd like to receive badge and sound Notifications from the Fitbit app or other app, go to your phone Settings  > Notifications > any app, check and modify the settings here.
