Is it possible to display “SPEED” instead of “PACE” on the exercise app. ?

When running or cycling I can only get stats on “pace” and not “speed”. Can this be changed.?  I find it confusing as I am used to measuring speed.

There is a Feature Suggestion that asks for speed is addition to pace.  Sadly, it is Not Currently Planned.  You can still vote for it here.  But it is closed to comments.
