What I’m wanting to know if I’m already out and my wife is trying to find me is there anyway outside Fitbit she can find me

No, I'm afraid not. Some fitbits have GPS but they only use that to find out where they are - they do not have the ability to transmit that information so that others can track them.

@Wildcats2018, as @SteveH mentioned, even though some Fitbit devices come with integrated GPS, this is only used to track your current position from the device to create a path of your exercises. It's not possible to pinpoint the position of a Fitbit device from another place.
