Hey Laue...it isn't your job to tell others to read the Guidelines. Btw. YOUR post is inflammatory to me as you are NOT  a FitBit employee and are not in charge of policing. so, I say politely, mind your own business.

I was simply giving a reminder that reports of personal attacks will most likely be reported by someone.

BTW there is a proper way to tag a person if you want to mention them. And yes I'm not an employee but i am the one who merged your cross posting.

Hi everybody, nice to see you al around! Thank you for your comments and your posts.

@Rich_Laue @SunsetRunner @Odyssey13 @emili @N8teGee , thank you for your contributions, reminders and links provided. They have been very helpful.

@Jimmyc52 , depending on you iOS device, it might be or not compatible. You can always check our list of compatible devices. If you can install iOS 13 or any further update, you device might be most probably compatible. As Odyssey13 stated, the only known situation with iOS 13, is not receiving messages. Therefor we opened a thread dedicated to this, and provided a workflow, so that everyone is aware of it.

@Katusa , although Rich_Laue is not working for Fitbit,  Community Guidelines need to be kept in mind, to keep this Community friendly and a secure place to search or offer help and advises. Anyone in the Community can remind other members about the Guidelines.

As offered by MegaBite, you can check these articles if you are having difficulties syncing or setting your tracker with your account.

Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I also would advise to have your Fitbit app, mobile device as well as your Fitbit up to date.

I'll be around if anyone has questions.

Hi @SunsetRunner , nice to see you back! Thank you for your question.  I personally do not have the update 13.2 available, but it's always recommendable to have your devices up to date for the better performance of them, independently from the brand and type of device.  Should there be any considerable changes on the OS, be sure that Fitbit will adapt and update the app.

Maybe other members have more experiences with the new iOS update.

Let me know if you have further questions.

Hello again @SunsetRunner

I have indeed updated my iOS to the latest 13.2 version. (I believe I did so about 4 days ago) I have not received any issues. I agree with @JuanFitbit  that it’s best to keep your IOS device updated as well. With that said have you updated your Fitbit App as too? Currently the recent Fitbit App version is 3.9 You should if you haven’t already. I really think your going to enjoy the message area in the App. It’s great and allows you a nice 1:1 view of your messages! Make sure you take a peek at it once you update it 😉
