Issues with FitBit Scale

I purchased a digital scale for purpose of syncing with my app.  I already had a Weight Watchers scale that worked great.  This one is nuts.  I tried to set this up at least 50 times & no luck.  The device will not pair.  I've never had an issue pairing a new FitBit product & I still don't outside of the scale.  It's been too long after the purchase to return to Target.  Very disappointed.  I have to weigh as a guest & now it isn't functioning.  I got on this evening & it showed I lost 30 pounds.  Stepped on again - weight was 30 pounds more.  Then I stepped on again & it was 10 pounds less than the prior reading.  Is there anything I can do before sending this to the landfill or Goodwill & call it a loss.  Very disappointed because I treated myself to this for my last birthday.

Yikes, @DietDew! Sorry you are having these issues! I would suggest you contact Support. They should be able to help you.
