Having problems entering food, it changes what you enter and then disappears. Although it still show the calories. This has only happened after Fitbit did a sort out this morning.

Yep, I noticed it beginning yesterday on my Versa. Today… Same problem. The food shows up and then quickly disappears or it adds something entirely different . I just tried three different options for porg chops and one added potato chips, one added chuck roasts, and one added shrimp 😝 Please fix!!!!

I am experiencing an issue with custom food entry - iPhone 7 with latest iOS. Attempts to add foods results in either the entry not being posted or a different item appears in the list. The problem just began today (7/12/18) following the app update. Rebooting the device and logging in/out have not resolved the issue.

I had the problem all day away from home on my iPhone. Back at home, I used my iPad, which hadn’t updated, to get back on track easily.

Same problem here. After the app update, one item from my frequent food lists loads as something else. Another item won't even add at all. In the second case, the calorie count does update, but the food doesn't show. Once I close the app and re-open it, the calories are gone again.
I did find out that I could properly add both items from the web interface. Not a solution, but it is a stop gap measure.

Tried on my iPhone - same problem as everyone in this thread. Restarted phone - nope. Logged out then back in to app - nope. Deleted and reloaded app - nope. Loaded app to iPad, tried it there - nope. It’s clearly a software issue from fitbit’s end.

Not being able to log food intake after the update is very frustrating. It wrecks my routine. Any idea when a new update will be available to fix this?

When can we expect a fix in the iOS 2.53 issues? Some of us rely on our fitbit and this app in assisting with eating disorders.
