Issues with syncing

I am having an issue with my Fitbit charge taking a long time to sync, not syncing all day and not staying paired! What can I do?

I seem to be having the same issue. Was only able to get it to sync after I deleted and reinstalled app. Hopefully someone will have answers…

Welcome to our Community @Chell_Marie @Ryan82! It's great to see you here! Smiley WinkI noticed @Ryan82 provided you with a great tip to help you resolve this issue. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest you restart your tracker and then follow the steps provided at: I can't sync my tracker.

Hey there @Ryan82 thanks for the update! Smiley Very HappyWhy don't you try to set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions? Note that if you have not synced in over 24 hours, your activity data for previous days will be lost and only today's data will remain. This has worked for some people that are experiencing the same issue.
