How do I turn this off?
Why is this happening?
I do not excercise 24/7. Why does FitBit need to track my every movement?
This is a breach of consumer laws in Australia. I would not have purchased this watch otherwise.

I see where your disappointment is coming from.
I moved your post to this board, in an effort to keep the forums organized. Similar reports have been shared with my team for further investigation, your patience and understanding is appreciated, while there's a resolution.

I am also having the same problem. I tried restarting my phone and turning location off and then On but nothing works. Very disappointing that there are no actual FitBit employees monitoring complaints.
Best AnswerIt is still happening to me too. Apparently no one sees a problem with this. I make sure to force quit the app every time I use it. Then it doesn’t happen. Oddly enough, my husband is using my old charge 2 and it never happens to him.
