Hi everybody,
I'm having the following issue ...
I downloaded the fitbit app on the app store.
When I try to open it, it shows french ... i've been reading the community and i've tried them all ...
(deleting app en redownloading, reboot the cellphone, changed on the website, changed on the cellphone app, changed everywhere to the advanced setting to UK and New zeeland and my country Belgium ... still didn't work.
Any other solutions?
Greetings

Hi @Sindyvandermeer. Good to see you in the Forums! 😄
I'm sorry you're having this problem with the Fitbit app. Thanks for all the things you've already tried!
Now, the language on the Fitbit app is determined by the language on your phone. Based on this, I'd think that you've set your iPhone's language to French and that's why you're seeing the Fitbit app in French even though you've changed the time zone to UK, NZ or Belgium.
Try going to the iPhone's settings, then go to General, then to Language and here make sure that your preferred language is selected. Once this happens, the Fitbit app should update itself.
Try that out and let me know if you need more help!

Hello, I’m encountering the same problem.
my IPhone is in Dutch (Belgium), but my fitbit is in French, although the notifications are in English.
how can I adapt this to Dutch or English please?
thanks
