Lap runs not showing in app after latest update.

The latest update of the app doesn't seem to be showing times for lap runs. It show "Manual Exercise Cues" with pace but it doesn't show the time.

I still see the info on the web dashboard, not sure why this would be taken out of the app.

 

(I use a Surge and do Lap Runs.)

Hello @AJ100, I hope you're having a great day, it's nice to see you around.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It's possible that the app is not updating correctly with the information in our servers, as you are able to see the information correctly in your online Dashboard. In this case I would like to suggest the following:

 

  • Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping the app up. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
