I can't log in to my fit bit app so obviously cannot sync with my iPhone either. When I try to log in I just get the "loading" symbol but nothing happens. I've tried rebooting both my Alta and my phone but neither worked. I've removed and redowbloaded the app and tried to request a new password but then I just get an error message 😡 Please help!!!

Make sure the phone date and time is on for "set automatically," I can't log on to mine when its off.

Hi
Does this occur when using wifi, mobile internet or on both connections?
Feel free restarting the internet router if not already done.
