I've been trying to login to no avail.
It started with not sync my steps.. So I deleted the app and reinstalled.. When I try to login it says " the operation could not be completed.. Login error 0"
Please what do I do

Same error message here. I can login online but can't log in to app on my iphone.

I just saw that they issued a service announcement about systems being down.

I talked to someone at Fitbit and they said that their network system would be returning Withings the next couple of hours

Kinda pleased I came here to check what was happening thought it was just me

deleted app
re added app and now can't get back in
all started because it has not synced all day I need to know where I am at I'm doing a challenge (outside of Fitbit) and need to maintain certain miles a day

I was just able to get in. Seems to be resolved.

This was due to a site-wide mobile outage that has now been resolved. App login and functionality should now be working normally.
