I lost all of my steps yesterday after connecting my new charge 2.  I had synced the old fit bit before connecting the new one but the steps did not translate over. Any suggestions?

Hmm this is pretty weird let me help you. As you know we always recommend syncing your tracker before switching to a different Fitbit, in order add the steps back I recommend manually logging the steps, check out the instructions below:

  1. On the Fitbit app dashboard tap the Exercise tile to open your exercise history. This is the tile that says "Track exercise" or shows how many days you've worked out this week.
  2. Tap the stopwatch icon in the top right corner.
  3. Tap Log.
  4. Tap a recent activity or search for an exercise type.
  5. Adjust the activity details and tap Add.

Hope it helps!
