My macro's percentage distribution on my I-phone app is different than the on-line dashboard.
Yesterday the phone app shows I ate 33% carbs, dashboard says 10%...?

Hello @MLM61, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate you have brought this situation to my attention. Tell me, since when have you noticed this discrepancy between the app and the online Dashboard? Would it be possible for you to reply to me with a screenshot of how the macro-nutrients show in the app and the online Dashboard at the end of the day? This will be very helpful for me to check this further.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting to hear from you.

Hello @MLM61, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply and provide one screenshot of the issue at hand.
Please note that this thread has not been marked as solved and the system can't mark it as solved by itself. With that said, I would like to ask you to reply to me with a screenshot of your macro-nutrients as they show in the Fitbit app so I can check this further. I would like to thank you for the screenshot of the online Dashboard but I need to correlate the data with the app as well.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.

My I-phone fitbit app shows 21%carbs yesterday, the online fitbit dashboard shows 7%. Why the discrepancy? Calories in is the same. Also not a fan that the "accept as solution" is auto-checked in responses.

I have merged your posts. There is no need to create a new thread. You already have a Mod's attention.
You were asked for 2 screen shots, the iPhone one and the dashboard one at the end of the day so they can look into what you are reporting. (Note, sync the devices before you take the shots.)
As previously advised, there is no auto "accept as solution" feature here and I do not see one in this post. It's possible that someone marked a response as a solution in error and then unmarked it, but I would have no way of knowing that.

Macros discrepancy remains unanswered. 2 screenshots sent (September 5?) as requested. Forgive me for only sending one the 1st time, I thought the Fitbit helpers could see the dashboard screens. I tried to uncheck the "accept as solution" box but it remained checked for this reply.

Hello @MLM61, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply, we'd been waiting to hear from you.
I appreciate you have come back and updated your thread. As @SunsetRunner mentioned earlier, in order to check this issue further and compare the information and forward it to our team if necessary, we need both screenshots, from your online Dashboard and from the Fitbit app. Keep in mind that we do not have access to your personal information for security reasons, which is why the screenshots were requested.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.
