Messages in Work Week Hustle challenges do not display on iPhone 7

Im part of a Work Week Hustle challenges and i cannot view or see any of the messages that is shared in the group. It only says “comment”. I have updated to the latest fitbit verdion. Restarted the phone. (Iphone 7)

@kajsal Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app completely to see if that fixes the issue?

@kajsal Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Clear your iPhone cache: How to Clear Your Browser's Cache on an iPhone.
  2. Verify if your phone is up-to-date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

If the issue persists, please let me know the language of your Fitbit app.

Hi, cleared cash and done updates on both the phone and the Fitbit app! Still cannot see messages, not even my own!! Still says only “comment”.

I am sorry to hear the issue persists, thank you for your efforts. I understand how you are feeling and would like to confirm if your Fitbit app is in English? Please also confirm if you've tried the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app: tap your profile picture and then log out. 
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.

Logged in and out.. and i have deleted Fitbit app and reinstalled.. still the same problem. Im using Swedish language setting. Thank
