Microsoft Authenticator, iphone, Versa - not working

Hi There, 

 

I used the Microsoft Authenticator app on Android and i was able to "approve / deny" authentication from my Fitbit Versa. 

Iv moved to iOS (iPhone 11) and this function isnt working anymore. I get the notif on watch, but no the options to approve / deny.

Iv googled for a fix, but there a lot of moving pieces here (iOS, Fitbit, Microsoft app, 2FA setup)

 

Any thoughts gang?

@userofphitbit - I’ve never used Microsoft Authenticator but see that the app is available in the iPhone store. Have you tried that? Hopefully someone here more familiar with MA will respond. I’m going to move your post to the iOS forum where you may have a better chance of a reply. Good luck.
