Missing Nutrition section after the app update

Last night I updated the Fitbit app.

This morning I started logging in my food and I’ve noticed that under the Macronutrients section there was no Nutrients section anymore.

I’ve had a hard time finding a place to ask a question about this, eventually l ended up requesting a chat. The person there requested photos, so l sent one from yesterday’s log- complete with the nutrients section, and one from today without the section.

The person asked if l can see the section from yesterday. I said yes. Then they told me to check my log for today, asked me if there is anything else they can help me with and closed the chat before I had time to reply.

Needless to say the Nutrient section is still missing, and I have to check every item l ate for its nutritional value, instead of having an overview.

I am annoyed and upset with this change and with the time l’ve spent trying to speak to someone, and the answer l’ve got.

Please fix the missing nutrient section.

Yes and since she is a moderator I assume she is stuck with the information she was given! She is at least trying to do her job so we will thank her for that and she can relay all of this! Thank you

Hi LiliyaFitbit,

Mine is still broken.  I have:

iPhone 11

iOS 14.4.2

Fitbit app version 3.40.1 (1043)

I have even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the "Nutrients" for today is still missing.  Please make sure the developers know that this is not fixed yet.  Thank you.

Sending screen prints showing:

1. My Fitbit app version.

2. The view from today where “Nutrients” is missing.

3. The view from yesterday (April 7) where “Nutrients” is present.  This is how the today view used to look, and what we want back.

Sorry, @ginarsnape,

I was pushing some buttons and all of a sudden “the best answer” happened.

Not that it’s not a good answer:)

Thank you for posting and keeping this updated. I am BEYOND frustrated with this app. I pay for premium and it has had all kinds of issues since the update. I need to track my nutrients in more detail as well. My heart tracker and zone minutes were all wacky at first too.

I will I’ll be dropping my premium if this is not fixed Fitbit! I need to monitor my nutrients and I can probably get an app for free for that somewhere else!!! I may even return my device through the warranty! I bought this because it worked. Now it does not.
